I ended up painting our dining room a dusty blue, and I'm desperate to find a fabric similar to this. I love the way the zebra looks against the wall color, but it is hard to find animal prints that aren't cheesy and are in the colors I want, which are cream and chocolate. Most of them are black and white. Patton suggested I look for a brindle boxer stripe, but I haven't had much luck there.

I like that one a lot, can you find that somewhere around here?
I love it! I really want to do zebra in some form or fashion in the "dorm room" some day. I told Will that a little part of me dies inside at the thought of not having a zebra chair somewhere in our home.
I don't know, it says it is linen which I'm not sure will work. I doubt it is heavy enough. I could order a swatch and try though!
I think you need some zebra too Sherry!
Oh yeah, I remember that now. I would try it, it's good that your fabric now is light enough, that it might work even if it's a little lighter than upholstery fabric. Sherry, you need to tell Will that's just another part of being a girl, we have to have zebra.
We should get Sherry a giant zebra...like the giant animals your dad bought you growing up Em. I bet Will would LOVE that.
I totally agree with everything both of you are saying! How can I claim to be proud of my West Texas heritage and not have both zebra and feathers as the foundation for my home decor?
Lindsey had a zebra! She had za spotted cat voo, vut I took care ov it...Patton
Would Cocoa and her kitten work in your dining room, Elicia??
I think so!
Hi Elicia- what a cute blog! You can get some really awesome zebra stuff at Pottery Barn right now! I'm working there part-time for the summer until school starts and they have some awesome stuff that would match that fabric almost perfectly.
