Yep, we went to Tennessee for the weekend for Chris & Mary's wedding. It was beautiful there. Phil and I are ready to pick up and move. We always say that when we get back from California, but the difference is that we could actually afford to live in Tennessee. The wedding was beautiful, the reception, a bit crazy. Of course Phil's high school buddies ended the night doing keg stands. Good times. Phil and I, being the only ones to rent a car for some reason, spent Saturday in the cutest little town called Franklin (and we were really glad that we rented that car, because the non-car renting group spent the day at the hotel with a walking trip to Target thrown in. Apparently Eric needed some Frizz Ease.) Franklin was like the little town in Gilmore Girls and they had a fall festival going on, the weather was perfect, the shops were adorable, man, I wish I was still there! Phil (being Phil) got up and ran 9 miles on Saturday morning and found this really neat lake with a nature trail, so he took me back there and we were able to walk no more than 8 feet from two deer. They just stayed on the side of the trail munching away. It was really neat.

That's so funny, my mother-in-law is from Franklin and her father is still there. It sounds like y'all had a blast!
