Frozen berries
Frozen banana (extra ripe is best.) Fat free yogurt.

Ice, Juice

KitchenAid Immersion Blender - our most often used kitchen gadget.
Mmm, delicious.

Marc just mentioned this morning (in our attempt to get back into shape) making smoothies again. Did you add any protein powder? What juice? I'm going to have to get that blender...looks way easier to clean than a real blender.

Love the blender, super easy clean up! We do orange, orange pineapple, or cranberry juice.

Oh and Phil has added protein powder before. I don't, I just put in a fair amount of yogurt.
