Phil is off on a hunting trip right now, but before he went I had a really nice lunch with Sherry and Emily at Royal Thai and then we went to see New Moon together (and we were definitely shushed by a pair of older women because we were talking and laughing during the previews.) I need to get out more often without Lily, because it was so nice to get some time to myself, and we were both happy to see each other when she woke up from her nap once I was home. I know she had a lot of fun with her daddy. He can always make her smile and laugh, and she was so good and even took two naps while I was gone. Phil's Aunt Robbin gave her the onesie she wore, and I thought it was appropriate attire for the day.

She is just too cute! It's good for daddies to be "in charge" for a little while and it's good for mommies to get out by themselves! It keeps us sane and gives us a chance to miss our kids! Have a great New Year!
I can't believe you got Phil to see New Moon with you!! I am dying to see it, but it is only playing at night now....and he won't go with me! haha!! SO glad you got a night out. Much deserved!!

Lol Tiffany! I just reread how I worded things and I can see how it sounds like Phil went with me. But he stayed home with Lily and I went with the girls. There is no way I could get him to see New Moon!
It was so fun! I could really get used to the boys being home more often! I hope it's not another year before we make it back to Royal Thai, yum! She looks so cute and comfy with her daddy :).
