Lily was never too interested in a pacifier when she was a little baby, but I randomly gave her one when she was teething recently, and she's decided that she likes it. I don't want her to get too attached to it and have to break the habit one day, but for now if she is cranky in the car or is awake when I put her down at night, the paci keeps her happy and she'll go right down with. She has also started snuggling with her pig. When we found out we were having a girl we went out and did some shopping that day. Phil found pig at Gap and decided we needed a $22 stuffed animal for her, so that's how he came to live in our house. Lily has really taken to him, and it is pretty cute. If you give her pig she will give him a big hug and snuggle him. Can you tell we are both finance/accounting geeks that lack creativity? Sometimes we call him Mr. Pig. Maybe she will want to name him one day? We had a fun little pajama play date this week, and that's where these pictures were taken.

Sweet girl! She loves that Mr. Pig, but hopefully, she will marry Daniel instead. Ummm...will you move in with us and document Daniel's life, too? Your pics are BEE-YOU-TI-FUL!
That is a fun play date! If you need help weaning her from the paci, just ask me...oh wait, that's right, my two-year-old still sleeps with his, ha! Love how she loves her pig, I'm sure that makes Phil happy :)
I have to laugh at y'all calling Lily's pig, Pig. That's exactly how Ryan & I are! We call Harper's baby doll, Baby. And her lovie, Lovie. So uncreative.
